General Module of helps to maintain all information about hospital, facility in hospital, doctor availability, and staff availability

This module comprises of the following components

About : This will provide information about hospital like different types of facility available in hospital, any news about hospital.

Doctor Availability : All information can be obtained about in-house/visiting consultant such as consultant’s availability, days & time of availability, Department, specialization or any other.

If pre-appointment is done then this option allocates the slots for various consultants. Any appointment can be booked either by phone or visit, enquired and cancelled

Staff Enquiry:This will provide information of any staff like: Staff name, duty timing, phone number, and duty on department,

Patient Enquiry:Any information regarding Out-Patient or In-Patient.

CRM

manages is CRM pressure without much effort and very effectively manages Patient Registration with demographic details, photo id, corporate information (if any), referral information, Appointment Scheduling (if required) according to availability of doctors.

    Patient Registration

    Token Display System

    Token Display system (TDS) can be used to assist patient using TV to identify their turn in service. It can be used in three major department.

    Token Display System

  • OPD - can be used room wise/doctor wise/ department wise list of patient.
  • . Indoor - Can be used to display on which floor, ward, & bed patient is admitted.
  • OT - Schedule of OT department wise/doctor wise/surgery wise.
  • Other Services - to display patient turn like pathology, radiology, pharmacy etc.
  • SMS/Email

    This Module considers manual and automatic SMS or Email facility, using this option user can send automatically SMS on Patient Registration, Booking Appointment, Cancel Appointment, Follow-up Reminder, Admission, Discharge, Ward Transfer, Payment, Pathology and Radiology.

    Simultaneously, these SMS can also send to Patient, Referring Doctor, Servicing Doctor, Patient's Relative and Administrative Staff.

    This module can use URL from any Telecommunication Company.

    Ambulance Management

    Helps to manage multiple ambulance available in the hospital. Also can use ambulance available by various NGO's, Municipalities & Government. Manages and keeps tracks of ambulance available for service and request from inpatient or out/new patient.

    One can assign staff like driver, nurse, doctor with each ambulance for various time slot in the hospital.

    Visitors Management

    Visitor Pass is used to maintain security of Hospital for tracking all visiting process towards patient. This module collect all information on day to day basis. Visitors pass can be generated easily includes charges, if any along with visitors photo & validity of pass.

    For Visitor Hospital provides "Visiting Pass" which may or may not apply fee of Visiting Pass.

    Medical Representative Management

    Every hospital has a defined system for MR (medical representative). This module helps us to manage MR Visiting hospital.

      Medical Representative includes :

    • Book appointment of MR
    • Schedule meeting with Doctor
    • Keep the records of Medicine samples provided by MR
